RECIPE | Beetroot Hummus Dip

 

10 Minute Prep Time | Makes 2 Cups

INGREDIENTS                                          

·         250g Chickpeas

·         250g Canned diced beetroot

·         1 x whole lemon

·         3 x Tablespoons Tahini

·         ½ tsp Chilli flakes

·         ½ Tsp Paprika

·         2 x Cloves of Garlic

·         1 x Loaf LUXE Sourdough Baguette

METHOD

Step 1: In a Food Processor combine tahini & lemon juice until smooth. Add garlic, beetroot & chili flakes.

Step 2: Open chickpeas and drain well. Add half of the chickpeas to the food processor until smooth, add the remaining chickpeas and blend until thick and smooth.

Step 3: Add Salt to blend in with salt and paprika.  

Step 4: Cut a LUXE Sourdough baguette. Toast and dip away.
